Return Policy

Thank you for investing in yourself by purchasing from Metonymy. Complete satisfaction is a high priority for our brand, and we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as intended. Consequently, we offer free returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.

All items must be unworn, have all original tags in place, and be placed in their original packaging in order to be eligible for return.

Refunds will be issued as soon as the garment has been received.

In order to initiate a return or for any questions regarding garments and returns, please contact care@metonymyofficial.com.

Exchanges

Please contact care@metonymyofficial.com with your order number and desired size for exchanges. Exchange garments will be shipped as soon as we receive notification that the return courier has received the original item(s).

Exchanges will be processed when the carrier notifies us that your original garment(s) have been dropped off and are in transit.

All exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size and/or color is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
